DIMOTRANS GROUP becomes one of the leaders in road freight forwarding in France with the acquisition of All Solutions

DIMOTRANS Group is taking a new step in its growth strategy with the acquisition, at the beginning of March, of All Solutions, a company specializing in national road freight forwarding of full and partial loads, headquartered in Holtzheim (67). With this acquisition, DIMOTRANS Group consolidates its historical activity, road transport, driven by the Overland business unit.

COMPLEMENTARY EXPERTISE

“All Solutions’ expertise in national road freight forwarding complements DIMOTRANS Group’s know-how in multimodal international groupage and logistics. This complementarity will enable us to offer comprehensive solutions that are tailored and even more efficient, and to meet all customer needs,” says Laurent Parat, CEO of DIMOTRANS Group.

With this new acquisition, DIMOTRANS Group now becomes one of the leaders in road freight forwarding in France.

AN ACQUISITION THAT FITS WITHIN DIMOTRANS GROUP’S DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

The general management of the new entity is entrusted to Marco Fusco, Strategy Director of DIMOTRANS Group. The current managers of All Solutions, including Olivier Hammes, will of course remain in the group to participate in the success of this merger.
