Two months after joining the United Nations Global Compact, DIMOTRANS Group takes a major step by unveiling its first CSR Report. This strategic document, which will be mandatory for DIMOTRANS Group in 2026 for the 2025 fiscal year, embodies the group’s ambition to combine financial and extra-financial performance, thus opening a new chapter in its history, which began over 40 years ago.

A Solid Commitment to CSR

Faced with environmental, societal, and economic challenges, this first report focuses on DIMOTRANS Group’s French scope only, including all its overland, overseas, logistics, and industrial project activities. It now forms the cornerstone of the group’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

“In this first report, we already respond to more than 50% of the data requested by the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), and we aim to reach 75% in the 2024 report,” says Céline Chatelain, the new CSR and QHSE Director, and member of DIMOTRANS Group’s Executive Committee.

A Collaborative and Ambitious Achievement

Produced in just 9 months through the mobilization of teams, this report is part of a voluntary approach. It reflects DIMOTRANS Group’s agility and innovation capacity to comply with CSRD requirements.

In 2024, the group chose to focus on:

  • the implementation of a reporting tool,
  • the implementation of a CO2 calculator to evaluate its scope 3 (subcontracting) and provide detailed reports to its customers,
  • the launch of a data collection campaign based on the 2023 fiscal year,
  • the analysis of double materiality, identifying the social and environmental impacts related to its activity,
  • the completion of its carbon footprint assessment according to the ADEME and GHG Protocol methodologies.

A Strategic Document for the Future

This first report highlights DIMOTRANS Group’s initiatives, achievements, and ambitions, reaffirming its active role in the transition to a more sustainable and inclusive economic model.

A Key Role in Sustainable Logistics

“As a player in the transport and logistics sector, we have a social responsibility that commits us to redefining our priorities, adapting our services, changing our behaviors, and innovating in our professions, while continuing to meet the needs and constraints of our markets and customers to sustain our activity.” says Céline Chatelain.

Collective Work for a Sustainable Future

“This report demonstrates our commitment and serves as a solid foundation for the pursuit of our ambitious goals for the future. It is the result of collective work and a first step in building our CSR policy. We thank all our employees, partners, and customers, who contribute every day to this great adventure. Together, let’s continue to progress towards a sustainable and equitable future,” says Laurent Parat, CEO of DIMOTRANS Group.
